Q:  Can we order Medibuy Direct disposable medical instruments by phone as well as online?

A: Yes, please give us a call to speak with one of the team. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm or you can leave us a message outside these hours and we will call you back.

Q: Is there a minimum order in terms of value?

A: No, Medibuy Direct generally sell products by small, but set quantities. The minimum quantity (number of units in a box) is specified on the disposable medical instrument description page for each item. There is no minimum order by value.  

Q: Is there VAT to pay on Medibuy Direct products?

A: Yes – VAT is charged at the current rate, detailed on your online order.

Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: Yes – delivery is charged at standard rates. ‘Postage’ fees are added according to the size / nature of your order.

Q: Do you offer next day delivery?

A: Yes – as standard for UK addresses. For orders within Europe and full information see our delivery information.

Q: Does Medibuy Direct also take bulk orders?

A: Bulk orders for hospitals and healthcare organisations are handled through our parent company, Parburch Medical.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: Online payment is through paypal systems.

Q : Are single use disposal medical instruments really cost-saving?

Q : What about medical instrument disposal? How can we dispose of single-use medical instruments?

A: Classed as clinical waste, they should be disposed of accordingly via official private or public sector services.

Q: Does that include proctology products with integral LED lighting?

A: At Medibuy Direct our product portfolio includes some innovative proctology products with disposable integral LED lighting. These ready-to-go, time-saving products can be disposed of through regular clinical waste procedures.
